2019 Family Tree Decorating Ceremony

Dear Friends:
As the holiday season arrives, it is a time to reflect on our loved ones who are no longer with us. Let us gather with those close to us to celebrate and remember the beautiful memories that forever live.
The 15th Annual Community Hospice Family Tree Decorating Ceremony will be held on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Hospice Patient Services Center, 4368 Spyres Way, Modesto, CA 95356. We invite you and your family to join us for a special evening of remembrance and celebration. The evening will provide you an opportunity to honor your loved one in a very special way.
Attendees will receive a beautiful personalized commemorative ornament inscribed with their loved ones name. During the ceremony you will be invited to place the ornament on the tree after the reading of your loved ones name.
Following the ceremony, the decorated family tree will be placed in our lobby throughout the holiday season to honor our hospice loved ones. In early 2020 the ornaments will be available for you to pick up at the reception desk at our Patient Services Center in Modesto, to add to your personal traditions and celebrations.
